　　虽然EI期刊的数量并不算少，国内也有一些优秀的工程技术期刊被EI收录，但作者在选择时并不一定要局限于国内期刊。无论是国内还是国外的期刊，关键是要看期刊的专业和研究方向是否与论文相符合，即便选择国内EI期刊，同样也需要使用英文写作，不能认为国内EI期刊就可以使用中文写作。
